TERMS AND CONDITIONS

COACHING SESSIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE: Payments for coaching sessions are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

RESCHEDULING: Sometimes life happens. If you are unable to attend a coaching session, you may reschedule it once within three (3) calendar days prior to the session, using the link provided via Sylvia Melena’s booking calendar. Rescheduling without giving a three (3) calendar day notice or rescheduling more than once may result in a 20% rescheduling fee. The fee must be paid prior to the coaching session.

COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All the course/session material you are about to access is the copyright and intellectual property of Melena Consulting Group. You're authorized to use it for personal use, to help in your personal book writing, publishing, and marketing journey. However, you are not authorized to distribute, copy, sell, give away, remix, repurpose, or use commercially, or in any other form.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS: I believe in what I teach because it works. However, I can't guarantee any results. Results depend on a variety of factors beyond my control.

NO WARRANTIES: While the author and publisher make reasonable efforts to stay current, they make no warranties regarding the completeness and accuracy of the information contained in the session and associated materials provided and assume no responsibility for errors or omissions.

LIMITED LIABILITY: In no event shall Coach, or its affiliates be liable to Client, or its permitted successors or assigns, or any third party for any special, indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages in any manner in connection with or arising out of this Agreement regardless of the form of action or the basis of the claim or whether or not the party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In addition, the maximum aggregate liability of Coach for damages under this Agreement shall be limited to the amounts paid to Coach from or on behalf of Client with respect to the services provided hereunder which gave rise to the claim or action.

PUBLICITY PERMISSIONS: Client authorizes Coach to use Client's name, company name, and images of Client's book cover and company logo to promote Consultant's book coaching-related services.

E-MAIL PERMISSIONS: I consent to receiving e-mail with coaching session information, tips, tools, resources, and special offers.
