  • What makes the DISC Leadership Assessment different?
    The DISC Leadership Assessment is intentionally designed to deliver exceptional breadth and depth at its price point. HR executives, consultants, and senior leaders have used it as the foundation for leadership and management development programs, workshops, and broader organizational development initiatives.
  • Is the DISC Leadership Assessment valid and reliable?
    Yes. The DISC Leadership Assessment has been independently tested by the Assessment Standards Institute (ASI) and evaluated against standards established by the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

    The report includes information about construct validity, reliability, and disparate impact testing.

    Based on independent third-party testing, this assessment has one of the highest Cronbach’s alpha scores in the DISC marketplace.
  • How are the assessments and reports delivered?
    Within one business day of purchase, we will e-mail a unique assessment access link to each participant for whom you purchased an assessment and provided contact information. We will also e-mail the Contact Person confirmation that assessment links have been sent. If additional information is needed, we will request it at this time.

    As soon as a participant completes the assessment, a personalized assessment report goes straight to the participant's inbox, and a copy is sent to the Contact Person listed at the time of purchase.

    The Contact Person tracks completion and follows up as needed.

    If you purchased team reports, these are delivered one business day after you give the green light. Once all participants have completed their assessments, please email CustomerCare@melenaconsuting.com to request the team report(s). Please ensure everyone has completed their assessment before requesting the team report, as reissuing a report requires a reissuance fee.
  • Is support available?
    Yes. If you have questions about accessing the assessments or need assessment platform support, we’re here to help. The Contact Person and assessment takers may e-mail CustomerCare@melenaconsulting.com for assistance.
  • How do I get an invoice?
    Simply order, pay, and submit.

    Immediately after purchase, the purchaser receives an e-mail with the itemized paid invoice and support e-mail address.
