No Refund Policy: Melena Consulting Group has a policy of no refunds on assessments and facilitator kits.
E-mail Permissions: This product is delivered via e-mail, and you will receive product-related and marketing e-mails from Sylvia Melena and Melena Consulting Group.
Use Permissions & Restrictions: We’re excited for you to use these materials to create great learning experiences! To protect the integrity of the content (and your investment), here’s how you may use them:
•You may use the Slide Deck, Facilitator Guide, Workbook, and other materials to deliver unlimited workshops or sessions for employees or clients, provided each participant has completed a DISC assessment purchased from Melena Consulting Group (including website and LeadershipStrength Suite purchases with your branding, if applicable). Internal employees refer to those directly employed by your organization.
•Use of Facilitator Kit materials with assessments from any provider other than Melena Consulting Group is prohibited.
•These materials are for your use only as the licensee facilitator. You may not share them with anyone else, post them online, resell them, create derivative products, or repurpose them for any other use.
• Distribution of DISC Reports, Workbooks, Handouts, and Slide Deck: You may distribute DISC reports, participant Workbooks, and Handouts/Worksheets with workshop/session participants who have completed a DISC assessment purchased from Melena Consulting Group.
•Only you, as the licensee facilitator, and your participants may use the Facilitator Kit materials, and only in accordance with the Terms of Use. You may not provide the materials to anyone else, publish them online, resell them, create new products from them, or use them in any other context. •You may not distribute the Slide Deck under any circumstances. It is to be used solely for your training presentations and DISC sessions, in accordance with the outlined conditions of use.

•Disclaimer & Limited Liability: The publisher and author make no warranties regarding accuracy or results. In no event shall the author and publisher or their affiliates be liable to buyer, or its permitted successors or assigns, or any third party for any special, indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages in any manner in connection with or arising out of the purchase and use of this product and/or services, regardless of the form of action or the basis of the claim or whether or not the party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In addition, the maximum aggregate liability of the publisher and author for damages shall be limited to the amounts paid to the publisher and author from or on behalf of the buyer with respect to the products and/or services provided hereunder which gave rise to the claim or action.
