No Refunds/Cancellation: Melena Consulting Group has a policy of no refunds for assessments, assessment reports, and related packs and bundles.

Report Requirement: To receive your DISC Team Wheel Report, you must also purchase a DISC Assessment from Melena Consulting Group for five (5) or more team members. It is not a stand-alone report. You may also request that we use any DISC Assessments you purchased in the past from Melena Consulting Group to generate the DISC Team Wheel Report.

Promotion: Purchasing organization/company grants Melena Consulting Group permission to display organization/company logo for promotional purposes and may revoke permission via email to smelena@melenaconsulting.com.

No Warranties: Melena Consulting Group makes no warranties regarding results. Rather, products and services shall be executed in a professional manner.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Melena Consulting Group, its employees, or its affiliates be liable to Customer/Client, or its permitted successors or assigns, or any third party for any special, indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages in any manner in connection with or arising out of the product(s) or service(s) regardless of the form of action or the basis of the claim or whether or not the party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In addition, the maximum aggregate liability for damages under this purchase shall be limited to the amounts paid to Melena Consulting Group from or on behalf of Customer/Client with respect to the products or services provided.
